Peoples
Choice
Spectators Choice is based
on the only relevant vote,
which is from the festival
crowd. This makes the
People's Choice award a far
more coveted trophy.

Commissioners
Choice
The Commissioner’s Choice
Award is an initiative of
Butler County and the
Middletown Blues and Bikes.
It is unique in Butler
County as the winner is
determined by an individual
with mental retardation and
or other developmental
disabilities and not by a
panel of judges as their
choice for excellence.
Its purpose is to publicly
identify the interest in the
welfare and lives of people
with developmental
disabilities. Everyone
should have opportunities to
participate in community
life with fellow citizens
and to develop a sense of
belonging to the community.
This makes the
Commissioner’s Choice award
the most coveted trophy. |
